I just stick with regular mayo and use half of a serving. I can't tolerate the light stuff. It doesn't taste right to me...

This reminds me of either a gluten intolerance, or possibly lactose intolerance. It's a typical complaint from people with these issues! Every morning, and then every evening after dinner. For some reason, my evening weight helps me predict whether I'll see a loss the next morning. It's an addiction, LOL, but it does keep me accountable! :)

I started in late December at 143, and am currently 131 (been there for over a week, going nuts!!!). My final goal is between 120 and 125...and I'm hoping to get there by summer! The last 10 are absolutely miserable to come off...

I'm gonna BUMP this, because I have the same heart rate issue! I will add, however, that athletes do tend to have lower resting heart rates. Mine has never been below 80, and is usually closer to 90ish most of the time!

Are you exercising at all? I love to workout extra hard at the gym so that I can have that cookie later in the evening! ;) Also, I love the skinny cow and the weight watchers ice creams. They taste delightful yet are surprisingly not that bad for you!!

I take it one meal at a time! I have indulgent meals sometimes, but I keep them few and far between. I find that it overestimates just a bite...but I still like recording it in the "comments" box underneath, along with my current weight that morning. Then, in 5 weeks, I can look back and see how close to being accurate it was!

I work as a nurse, so I never wear jeans anymore, except for when I'm going out to lunch with friends, out to dinner with my boyfriend, or out to the mall to shop! LOL Which is very ironic, since part of the reason I'm trying to get in shape is to look better in my jeans!!!! :tongue:

Fellow nurse here, as you know :) Not doing the night shift anymore...but have done quite a bit of it in the past. Now I do 12 hr days, which are still really rough for healthy eating. Grr!
