Thanks all. Im going to rest for a little bit, then just do some simple stuff on the wii for an hour..........zumba, boxing etc Think that'll help. Dont think i can face the gym today to be honest.............:blushing:

http://www.braydenwm.com/calburn.htm ive checked this site and it appears to be fine and accurate. i did my laps continually not much stopping, just went slow i guess. Still i am happy with a 200 cal burn compared with a zero cal burn. agreed?? :wink:

i had a ton of fun. didnt want to get out but they were having a aqua fit class on and i hadnt booked :sad: although i am going to book for next week i think...............possibly i was happy with my 192...........and i have had 1295 cals eaten today so feel ive done ok

Thats what I thought Bella, as id heard Polar are one of the best. Someone on here said i should be closer to 500 cals??? I had fun but didnt feel like id burned anywhere near 500........

i feel much better compared to yday. And have a filling super dinner - for less calories than my lunch. And sausages and fake mash (cauliflower) tastes much better than cardboard slices (ryvita) and "low fat - full of water and not much else" cheese :laugh:

thanks everyone - its just a bit disheartening to see a gain on the scale. Ill be happy if on sunday the scales says the same weight and ive maintained, if not ill probably cry!!! :sad:

like it so much the first time, ive just had another go!! Thats two 25 minute sessions in an hr. I am sweating so much, it is dripping off of me!!! :happy: Anyways second time i burned 129 cals in 24and a half mins first time was 118 cals in 26 and a half mins , so i did better 2nd time round and expect i will do even…

I burned 118 cals in 26 minutes - which firstly i was disappointed with myself as Ive seen other people record so many more cals doing it, but then it dawned on me - it was my first attempt and i didnt know the steps, im guess when i know what steps are coming next i…
