Polar FT4 Batteries
Hi all, Think i need new batteries for my polar ft4. Can i order them somewhere and change them myself or do i have to send it away to have them replaced? I am worried about the waterproof seal as i want to use it in the pool. If someone can advise me that would be excellent. Thanks!! BTW i am in the UK :)

NSV - Treadmill
everyone today i had a major NSV - i ran on the treadmill level 8!!! Ok, only for one minute bursts but this is better than no running. Now that i know i can run im going to do the C25K program. anyone done it? anyone done it on a treadmill?

swimming calories. Will someone please help if you can???
so monday i went swimming, wore my ft4, and did 24 lengths (600m) pulling my 4 yr old on my back most of the way. then we had a 15 min play around so was in the pool for 55mins. Hi everyone just after some advice. so this week i have done what mfp has told me and stuck to my calorie target near enough (around 1700) - and maintained my weight, yet the week before i used about 1500 of these not eating back my exercise cals and lost 3 lb!! anyone care to explain?
