right peeps, I am currently writing my shopping list this minute and need some ideas. Got loads of fruit and veggies already on there, so need some other suggestions please.........

Fruits and veggies - carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, watercress, lettuce, onion, mushroom, tomato, avacado, beansprouts, cucumber, cress, peppers, mango, apple, bananas, strawbs, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, Think ive missed anything?!?

    Greek yogurt, whole wheat/grain bread (I like Dave's Killer Bread or Ezekiel bread, almond butter, unsalted almonds or pistachios (in the shell)...

    The only thing I might suggest is to perhaps halve the lost of fruits and veggies, or at least buy really small quantities - it's difficult to eat all that before it starts going bad...

    whole wheat pasta.
    Sweet potatoes instead of regular if you like them
    2% cheese
    skim milk
    blue bunny 100 calorie fudge bars?
    Almonds (I get the 100 calorie packs of these too)
    fish
    chicken breast
    97% lean ground beef
    turkey sausage
    whole wheat english muffins
    whole grain wraps

    Sounds like you got all the natural stuffs...

    Grains, Dairy and Protein

    How about some:

    Eggs
    Tuna/Chicken/Turkey
    Brown Rice OR Couscous...It's FANTASTIC
    Yogurt (my new favorite is Toasted Coconut Vanilla from Danon Light & Fit)
    Laughing Cow Cheese
