I'm 5'4 and my current weight is 135. Like you, I started at about 143. Ideally I think I should be around 120 or 125 but that depends on your body type also. You can measure your frame to see if you are small medium or large framed then center your ideal weight around that.

I have been using this site since about March of this year and I had the same problem. I weigh about 140 and ideally would like to be about 130 so I figured it shouldn't be hard to lose.
