I just had back surgery in June and today was my 6 wk checkup. Google c25k.. It is an amazing program that helps non runners become runners at their own pace. I used it 3 years ago and now I can even say I've run a full marathon. I had to stop running last October due to a non- running injury but plan on using the program again as soon as the dr. Releases mr to run again.
