I was having the same struggles until I discovered I have a gluten allergy. I cut out gluten and then most carbs, did a fat fast and BOOM... I feel amazing.

Hey everyone! I am at 266.2 (about 2 pounds) remember I will be gone a for the next few weeks though. I will catch up when I get home.. hopefully not bigger:(

This year sucked and I used it as an excuse to gain A LOT of weight. I hope to lose at least 20 pounds before Oct. 31, 2012. Weighing in at 268.5 and looking forward to taking your money. Also... dressing all in gold with a gold construction hat and carrying a shovel. Guess what I am?

I am totally in, however, I am going to the States for a few weeks and actually won't have a scale.. trust me, my boyfriend doesn't have a scale:) Can I miss weigh in and catch up when I get back without being kicked out?

I customized my setting to have a 50% protein, 55% fat and 5% carb restriction on my diet. This means I get about 141g of protein a day and I think fat and protein are too low. The carbs are WAY to high... for me. /wink

well... 1200 calories means alot of things. You need to be aware of what you are using your 1200 calories for. I mean, are you aiming for low carb? Have you looked into a ketogenic diet or some version of that? Have you looked into eating foods that are low on the glycemic index? changing to more of a HIIT work out to step…

That video is a great work out... I think if you feel like you can work out more some days then you should. Even if it's more abs, cardio or just extra stretching. Push your body to it's limits....
