I started 30DS June 1st. I am liking it. I started doing it about two months ago but only stuck with it a week.
However I did love the results I seen in only a week. I didnt' finish though.
Now....this time I am gonna give it my all and do it 30 days.
My question....
Should I incorporate some other type of workout along with it or would the 30DS be enough each day?
Whats your thoughts?

    I tried to do the elliptical with it just so i could eat more ;)

    That video is a great work out... I think if you feel like you can work out more some days then you should. Even if it's more abs, cardio or just extra stretching. Push your body to it's limits....

    defiintely incorporate more cardio. 30DS is more strength training than cardio. cardio will melt away any fat and reveal the awesome muscles you'll get from Jillian!
  • I started it the 1st as well. I am doing some cardio on alternate days (walking, jogging, or elliptical). I feel like I need a bit more.

    I say take it day by day. I'm on Day 10 level 9. Some days I can add an extra work out, other days I can't. Try to listen to your body - push when you can and rest when you need to. Happy shredding! :)

    It only shows 3 levels on my DVD, are threre more levels?
