Wanted to let everyone know that Jersey will be charting results a little bit late this week. Her brother was hit by a car on Sunday and she has been at the hospital since. It was fairly serious but he making positive steps in his recovery.

We have the same routine, if we're in bed in time for Futurama or American Dad, we fall asleep to that. If not, then we choose a another show/series but, it has to be one that won't keep our attention, lol. Sleep Timer set for 30-60 minutes, depending on how tired we are, and we're off to the races!

We have the big fridge one with the spout, love it! At work, we use 'Culligan Man'. I used to drink bottled water but now I only by it under special circumstances. I find I really don't enjoy the taste of tap water. It's never cold enough and the smell bothers me (I have a keen sense of smell, it's really rather annoying).

Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010 or 2011! I love it! I can burn a couple hundred calories in 15-20 minutes! There are ready made circuits (Abs, Upper Body, Lower Body, Total Body 1 and Total Body 2) and you can create your own with modified reps (Jillian's are pretty intense for beginners).
