I eat 3 or 4 egg whites every morning. It fills me up til Lunch. They are less calorie than the whole egg..........

Hi...I love this site. I have tried weight watchers...paid all that money, lost a few pounds..but it was just no fun. I have tried other diets too as well. im on a 1200 calorie intake. But I exercise and burn calories...therefore I can actualy eat more than 1200.....I think you can do it! Look at my diary and others for ideas

I also like the lean ground beef.....make a hamburger with it...Wonder 80 calorie hamburger buns are great! Whole wheat of course.

Im on a 1200 calorie diet too. I exercise too so that I can eat those calories also. Look at my diet. I usually eat a very low calorie diet such as egg whites. Add me and take a look at my diary

ok.....I am at a Stall then. I have been dieting and exercising for approx 6 weeks now and have been losing 2 pounds a week....this week I only lost 6 ounces. Thanks!

I walk the first 1/4th mile on a 2% incline at 3mph, then the next 1/4 mile @3% incline at 3 mph, then the next @4% incline...then start going back down til I get back to 2% incline. I usually walk a mile or 1 mile and a half...sometimes 2 miles....all at 3mph

I love egg whites...I was surprised to see how much sodium is in them tho. I buy a large carton of eggs and crack them and use those egg whites. Even tho I hate to waste the yellow, but I know I dont need that. I believe that is cheaper than buying egg beaters.

Just some romaine lettuce, tomatoes, greek olives, and spritz on dressing-low calorie Balsalmic vinegarette. Might add carrots or parmesean cheese

I sorta wondered the same thing. I try to stick to my calorie goal, but it helps to keep me exercising too
