Treadmill Help
My Treadmill is skipping when I first get on it. After the first 1/4 mile it stops. It seems better if I have it on an Incline... Any Ideas?. its about 6-7 years old. Norditrack

Myfitnesspal is for my patients too!
I went to a Nursing Conference this weekend and one of the speakers started talking about "Myfitnesspal" and that she would tell her patients about it and encourage them to join. I do that also. but goes to show you that this is a great site! And it is gaining popularity!

Wouldnt it be great to have a scale that didnt just weigh your food but could instantly tell you how many calories was in it? Say put a prepared meal on it such as sausage balls and it could tell you what the calorie intake would be....counting the flour, cheese, sausage and give you a total. Im just putting this thought…

This may be a silly question but im asking anyway. I have a steep hill by my house I would love to start climbing. I can get up to a 6% on my treadmill (not for long) but I wanted to change up things a little. My question is How can I tell what the 'Incline' is of the Hill? I dont have one of those HRM monitors or watches.

Deleting items.
This question has already been asked but never got a good answer. I would like to go down my diary list and delet some items but it will only let me delete what is under "most used" . when I click on "recent foods" the delet button is not there anymore. I did this once and it worked...so I know there must be a way...thanks…
