Found a NEw exercise Tip

I have tried something different. I walked my treadmill for approx 28 minutes and had to iron a shirt so I got off......Then I got back on and did another 15 minutes...got a little tired...got off. Getting on again after resting about 15 minutes...seems to work for me. Maybe it will you too! You have to mix things up a bit, so I'm going to try this.
