Any good Apps that you use for food ideas, dieting tips, etc?

I use Fooducate...scans labels and rates foods

I also use one called BOOT CAMP, which customizes a workout for me...no equipment needed.

    MFP? ........:)

I don't have any good "dieting" ones but there are some workout ones that I liked to use a while ago -

dailyburn I think is what they're called... but you can do a little search for daily yoga, daily cardio, daily arms, legs, abs... I think there might be a butt one too ! there are free versions (which I had) or the "real" versions I think are only $1

For food tracking I use MFP. For running tracking I use runkeeper. I just started using www.gainfitness.com for strength training workouts.

I use Nike Training Club for ipod/phone it's quick circuit workouts and can target certain areas. I love it!
I also use fooducate, Restaurant Nutrition so I can quickly see specific menu items at big restaurants I cant find quickly on MFP, and RunKeeper to gps map my runs/walks, etc

I use Endomondo Sports Tracker to track all of my exercise. It also tracks via gps. I like that it gives me a running total for the work out, the day, week, month and year.
