Treadmill carbs Burned

I would love to be able to count my Carbs that I burn on the treadmill. Is there anyway to do that?

One gram of carbs is equal to 4 calories. So you could say that if you burn 100 calories on the treadmill, you "burned" 25g of carbs. It's not really that specific though because your body will actually be using a mixture of carbs and fats and proteins for energy.0

So then just count the carbs that you eat. I don't think exercising will specifically help your carb count, because your body doesn't just use carbs for fuel.0 -

My treadmill shows how many carbs I burn...I just wished when I plugged in my exercise that it would deduct that from my total Carb intake like it does the calories0
