I'm late posting on the june thread, haven't done so well the last 2 weeks. The coworker I had been walking with hasn't been able to and I've lost some motivation. Back at it again today. I weighed myself last week but didn't post. I didn't do so well the 15th-22nd, and gained some back. But I've been back on track the past week and down .4lbs from the 15th. I've also lost another 2.5inches total since the 15th. I'm happy with progress so far, slow but steady and I've been able to maintain changes prettyβ¦

No change on the scale this week but I did loose half an inch from my waisted and half an inch off my thighs so I'll take it. I walked 5 days this past week, when I cant walk outside I've been doing walking workouts on youtube. Still cutting back in soda. I've got a friend at work to walk with and we are keeping each otherβ¦

Sorry I havent responded to anyone, crazy week so far! For the most part I feel like quitting soda altogether would drastically reduce my calories in. Some days at work i drink 3 20oz sodas (mt dew is my downfall.) I quit drinking soda while pregnant because of the caffeine. Now I feel like I have myself tricked intoβ¦

I've been doing yoga on and off for a year now. I can tell a difference after starting back at it. I see a difference in my stomache and butt mostly. I havent been very focused on CICO though. I also do practices from Adriene's YouTube. I like the 30 days of yoga series she has.

Thanks ladies! I think I'm not going to keep adding it. Since she's nursing less and less I almost feel like it's be cheating with my calories because I really doubt I need that many right now, plus I'm still eating over 1800 a day so that should be sufficient.

I also started taking brewers yeast suppliments a few weeks ago, I've noticed an increase by an oz or so. It also seems like when I drink Gatorade that helps my supply too. I've thankfully lost the baby weight and am actually 1.5lbs lighter than when I got pregnant with my first, so I'm happy about that! But my fiance andβ¦

Thanks! I may have to invest in an HRM so I have a better idea of the calories i burned. For now i just added wii active as an exercise and put in the calories it told me.
