How did you quit soda?
I'm definitely an emotional eater and when I'm stressed at work or home soda is like my go to stress reliever. I've quit drinking soda in the past when I was pregnant but I had a different reason to then. Anyone have any tips or advice on how to kick the habit?

Activity level and Fitbit charge 2 hr
I just started using a Fitbit charge 2 hr, previously I had my activity level set to active since I average between 12k and 16k steps a day. No that I have the charge 2 should I change my activity level to sedentary or leave it as active?

Breastfeeding and food diary question
My daughter will be a year old on the 4th and we are still nursing maybe 2-4 times a day. I was adding breastfeeding to my log for -500 calories when she was exclusively nursing. I'm wondering if I should still keep adding it? Or not. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Counting calories while breastfeeding.
I'm starting my fitness pal again after having had 2 children and I am currently nursing my 5 month old. Yesterday I tracked my calories, I had a goal of 2150 and ate 1507 leaving me with 643 extra, I used the breastfeeding "food" giving me -500 calories. I know that you are supposed to eat at least 1800 calories a day…

How to log 30 day shred?
For those of you who have done the 30 day shred I was wondering how exactly do you enter it into your exercise log? Do you enter it by each interval?

Wii EA Active
Today I played EA active and went to log it into my exercises. I was just wondering if the calories it says you burn on the game accurate or not. I wasn't sure exaclty how to enter it anyone have some advice? I played for 30 mins and it said i burn 218 calories does that seem right?
