I use a food thermos and do take my food with me/ where I live restaurants are very accommodating espcially that the group as a whole is spending money there- so I've never had problem taking my fruit /food along etc. Food thermos keeps food hot for hours/ I take noodles, soups or whatever I fancy. Like others have said, I too have a soup container as well as thermos for hot food which I initially bought to send hot food to school for my children...then began to use for myself- hot lentil soup, noodles with prawns and any leftovers...work a treat. I use mine when I know we will all end up in some high calorie burger…

Same boat as you guys...I started stage 1 week 2 today and have from beginning kept with cardio too..typically I'm doing about 30 mins cardio on lift days and up to 50 mins on non-lift days, with one day off...have to burn the fat as well as build muscle...I couldn't only do lifting every other day! Good luck everyone :)

I used to dip my toast in tea with 4 sugars...I did that from the age of about 12 to 15! Now i have tea zero sugar!

Hi, it is scary hen you've been eating so low for so long ( I know because I was making the same mistakes)... This is week one for me upping my calories...100 every week up will make you more comfortable doing it..do it though as we need to fuel our bodies...good luck

I just downloaded 'workouts' app- its on iPhone and iPad and I tried a workout yesterday...you need only dumbells and a mat...boy did I wake up sore this morning! It's a free app btw so definitely worth trying...
