So far using MFP calorie goal is working for me. I am down 14lbs in a month. One small gain due to overindulgence on Labor Day. I log everything even when bad. Used to I would be frustrated and give up. I am trying to change my attitude so I log everything. Labor day weekend I was so bad but I weighed and logged meticulously. Keep up the good work and you will reach your goals.

I use a nutri-bullet to make smoothies from usually mixed berries and kale or spinach for breakfast sometimes. I do it because I enjoy it. It feels me up due to the fact it keeps the fiber. But personally I wouldn't just juice since you lose all fiber. But that is just my personal opinion.

I agree you need some fat. I eat 1390 calories a day when not using fit bit and I stay satisfied but I eat LCHFD. I eat a lot of healthy fats and I stay satisfied. It is worth a try. I agree with Kandeye if you are stressing out weigh in once a week. I weigh myself daily but that is because I like to average it out. I can tell you after a weekend of indulging (Labor Day) the scale went up 4.5lbs. It still hasn't came back to the prior weight but I didn't eat enough to gain 4.5lbs. I assume just water…

Just didn't want to make a mistake and do the wrong thing and mess up what was working so well before I started using fit bit. I love the fit bit because it helps to motivate the exercise part of the equation just don't want to sacrifice the weight loss part.

So I should get my net calorie intake back to 1390 to maintain original 2lb per week loss? Because lower than 1390 net would be a greater deficit so that would be where I am not consuming enough calories and risk losing muscle mass instead of fat? Am I correct? It is a good thing one weekend will not hurt. I logged everything this weekend but it was a ugly amount of calories. I have a feeling I will not see a loss tomorrow. :)

I have a bottle with infusion basket. I just pop in some fresh or frozen fruit or a tea bag. I like that it adds a mild flavor so not just plain water. I have also found I don't mind plain water if I use Britta filter pitcher first.

Thanks so much for your help it just seemed a little high I have been eating at MFP goal and losing so I was taking calories burned with a grain of salt so to say. I have both set at 2lbs a week so that shouldn't be it.
