Calorie Question
Using fit bit do set at sedentary do you go by net calories to determine if you are eating enough. I know some people had said as long as not adding exercise to counter fit bit calculations are pretty accurate so eat calories back. So sorry just a little confused for example MFP calorie goal 1390 daily for 2lb loss. Wen.…

Used to I would be discouraged and upset with myself at this point and would have given up. This time even though diary is scary I charted and moved on. Here's to…

Fit bitter's
Question new to fit bit and have it linked to MFP. Do you eat extra calories logged to MFP account via fit bit? Do you eat back half? or none? What seems to work best. Daily calories 1390 ate 1510 still says I have 285 left. Just want to make sure I lose and do not stall or gain back. Thanks in advance. :)

Calorie Question
I am losing weight slowly, however I am not able to exercise right now and I am eating below daily calories. My concern is even though I am losing slowly is that I am not eating enough calories. Should I eat all of the daily allotted calories or should I continue to eat less since not exercising. I see people posting…

Frustrated
I am so frustrated that weight loss is going to stall. I have a herniated disc and haven't been able to do much since February. I was starting to be able to walk 30 minutes or so with very little pain. So I bumped it up to longer sessions this weekend. Now I am back to excruciating pain and back spasms. So I am going to be…
