I have thought about it but I net 14-1500 on days I don't work out.. and I am still looking to drop about 15 lbs... my BMR is only 1403and my MFP setting for lightly active only has me at 1410... so i stress over bumping it up

my hubby does 12 hour shifts(leaves house by 6:30 am if not sooner)... and gets called in on most of his days off.... he packs his own luch. But When i make dinner I make sure to cook a little extra so he can have leftovers of the previous nights dinner. That wa he gets something new everyday. And most the guys at his work…

I am a daily weigher because of this same reason. I never see a consistent drop weighing on a certain day of the week... (like every friday) .. So I weigh daily then average the weight (add all days and divide by 7) and that shows so mych more than just weighing in the same day every week.... may not work for everyone but…

I struggle with the weekends as well. not so much on the ones the DH is working.. But when he is home, I slip so easy. He tries to be supportive, but also feels I don't have to be "SOOO STRICT." I have the fit plus.. and the calories are not accurate at all........... If I run 4 miles doing the free run..........for 30 minutes, then walk the free run for the same amount of time (30 minutes) it gives me the exact same calorie burn whether I run in place or just walk.......... your best bet is to get a heart rate…

I did at first 1200 was fine.. then I became tired and sluggish and couldn't drop an ounce.. I do work out at a minimum 200 cal burn 4-6 days per week.. so when I started feeling tired and grouchy I upped to 1350 and the weight started dropping again

hanks love the idea of averaging it!!!! I keep a daily record and know it will bounce around... it is just a little confusing when I hit 158 on a tuesday then 160 on a friday.. I know my water has been a little off... I averaged my past weeks out and it shows a downward trend... :happy:
