how do you feel your emotions???
I m an emotional eater.. doesn't matter what the emotion.. I eat... Whether it be excited, mad, frustrated, sad... I have forgotten how to feel my emotions and ride them out... Winter Workouts.. what do you do???

To work out I have to get up at 4:30am.. and for 3 weeks now I have set my alarm then it goes off and I get up, re-set it and go back to bed.. what is your trick to getting up at the butt crack of dawn to work out??

hunger pains after eating..anyone???
I have noticed that after I eat I get what resembles hunger pangs... I am talking as soon as I get up from the tale, it feels like my stomach is GROWLING.. does this happen to anyone else?? Anyone know the cause??

Hungry out or NOWHERE!!!
SO I started mixing up strength and cardio (30DS and TJ) and now I eat a good 300-400 between 6-7am cal breakfast a fruit or veggie w protein snack around 10-11am... and by my lunch at 12 I am STARVING.. like shaky and HUNGRY!!!! THIS CAN'T BE RIGHT: my weight varies so i take a daily weight then average it to watch for a downward trend... well this am I sat at 152.6...... even after my HUGE fall apart.. the scale registers only 154.... hopefully lots of water will control most damage.. Calorie goal question
So MFP has me at 1220... to weigh 135 (my FGW) a persons BMR is approx 1400.... at 1220 I feel tired and irritable.... if a 135 person maintains at 1400. If I eat no more than 1400 shouldn't I get down to 135 over time?
