Insanity and knees???

I have had both my ACL's replaced will insanity give me knee probles????

It's pretty high impact but you can modify it.0

Out of the half-dozen or so people I know who tried Insanity, not a single one was able to finish it due to injuries. Knee injuries, strained/pulled muscles, one person got a stress fracture in her foot. I've never done it but based on what I've seen from others I wouldn't do it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.0

I had to stop. Always got injured. I had done p90x previously without problem.0

I'm doing 1st month of insanity. I do low impact. It takes me 2 weeks to stop feel sored on my knees.
I think you will be OK just watch your form.0
