Is this FOR REAL???

So I did Tae bo =500cals.. then my fitbit gave me another 600 in daily motion... giving me an almost 3000 TDEE.. walking 6 miles over the course of my day...could it be my weight-loss stall and binge crashes were because I had underestimated my TDEE... so I was eating too low. causing crashes in energy and motivation.. I will follow MFP/Fitbit for the week and see where my weight ends up on next Tuesday??? Opiions welcome.. I think this could be right because I am a PE teacher and am constantly moving.. then come home to 3 kids to chase...
