Breaking the PLATEAU..... ADVICE PLEASE!!!

so I went to freedieting.com and it said my BMR is 1407....I have been bouncing around 150 for almost 2 months.. thinking maybe 1500 I was set at is too low..(last time I plateaued I was eating 1300 and bumped up to 15000) lets see what 1600 will do for me which is maintence at my goal weight with no exercise... any thought on this logic????

have you ever tried zig zagging your calories... ive seen quite a few people on here say it worked for them... never tried it myself tho0

I tried the zig-zag.. and had a really hard time stucking with the calories on the low days.. :-( sefl-control is something I am still working at... but I have thought about trying again0
