  • Just when you ready to give up and think you have nothing left to give, that is when you push yourself even harder!!!! Success is only achieved when every time you fall you get back up again. Don't give up! A healthy lisfestyle is all about the journey and the reward of what you are doing for yourself long term. It's not…
  • Can not wait!!!! Going to miss Jillian on the show, but she's on The Doctors now and is doing a great job! They are doing a whole series with Jillian as the coach....think it's called "This is your wake-up call" and she's helping 3 couples battle bad habits, not just bad eating but overall health. It's a perfect fit for her

I've lost 60 lbs. following the advice of eating healthy and exercising by various sources....but have also taking a lot of what Jillian and Bob have recommended in on the show, books, articles, workout videos. • I've been told by my trainer to stick to 50 a day, 60 when working out. Keep sugars from natural sources...not refined (cakes, cookies, etc.) as much as possible. Good luck!
  • I thought I ate very minimal processed sugar. I think any sugar is bad when trying to loose weight. My biggest sugar contributor on a daily basis was Chobani yogurt....23g!!! Now I get the fat free non-flavored and its only 6, what a huge difference...even if I add my own blueberries, it doesn't even compare!
  • I'm having the same issues. My personal trainer said sugar and carbs, so that's what brought me to this site...sure enough once I cut down on the sugar the inches started coming off!! It wasn't the calorie intake for me, but the sugar intake from fruits, yogurt, etc. that was putting me way over my daily need!! Love this…
  • Yea for you!!! I'm so lucky we can share this journey together
  • You can make your Diary/Profile viewable and ask for suggestions. I'm struggling eating all my cals..I'm always over my protein and fiber, think that's a good thing!
  • I have a Polar F11, had it for around 5 years and I love it!!!! I can't work out without it. It doesn't get any better than exercising using a HR monitor! It is so much more accurate than any other tracking method. It also tells you what kind of shape you are in based on the FIT test. It is well worth the investment. Good…
