I can’t remember what I started the month at but here’s where I’m at now Aug 2019 SW 262.9 hw 265 Cw 234.8 Gw 160 It’s such a long road and in the end it will be over a hundred pounds lost but right now I keep my focus on the fact that I’ve lost 30 pounds.

Try buying foods that have a maximum sodium count that is double the calories. I read it somewhere, and it has really helped me to keep my sodium intake down.

Are you eating enough fruits and veggies? That was my problem, I wasn't getting enough. Now I eat way more than is recommended and the weight if falling off.
