My swim on monday is pretty late I swim from 8 to 9 30, I am little hungry so have a yogurt when I get home and I am in bed by 10:30 or 11 and sleep like a log.

I wouldn't really weigh myself daily; If you are now excersing more then you ever had, you are starting to gain muscel and muscel weighs more then fat. I love all the replies, and it is the way I feel too. I weigh myself on thrusday morning, it is after my mid week workout ( I do three really big swims a week, I am on a competive swim team). It was great seeing all the respones and reasons as to why we do what we do Thanks!!:happy:

I have had galbladder attacks before myself, I find that my triggers are high fat iteams and too much cheese. But triggers can be different for everyone. I look at both, best way to keep the weight loss flowing is try to keep your foods whole, don't eat alot of prossesed good.........as I think a good saying is the longer the list of unrecognizeable ingredants the worst it is for your total health not just your waist line.
