Wow thanks for coming back and updating! I keep hearing that I should eat more that 1200-1300 calories/day to lose weight. I'm really nervous about doing it though. This helps motivate me a little more

I think that the Lean Body challenge would help achieve that goal. http://www.labrada.com/lbc I just joined it last week. It focuses on clean eating, high protein, lower carbs, and weight lifting. When you sign up they give you a workout plan.

I always drink flavored vodka or rum (Cherry, strawberry, vanilla, etc) with diet Coke/Pepsi. It tastes awesome! It is sweet and you'll never think of it as diet. I also prefer some of the fruitier vodkas like blueberry with Diet Sprite, but most bars don't have that.
