Thank you ladies..i am on the dukan( Protein, veggies and oat bran ) for three days now and i feel great.. already lost a pound and I'm also doing insanity and running with the diet..i just want to kick this last 10 pounds for good.

I started turbo jam last week and like you I was confused at first ..give it time..the moves are repetitive you'll catch up in no time...i just jump up and down or run in place if Im not sure how to do the move...it is a bit of a challenge..good luck

try soaking your feet with warm water and vinegar before you shower everyday

hi may i suggest dividing your calories to 5 meals 300 breakfast 150 snack 300 lunch 150snack 300 dinner this way you won't go over board and you won't get hungry

hello! my advise is to get a food scale, measuring cups, spoons and measure everything! and get a heart rate monitor to see if you are actually burning calories on your workouts...good luck!
