ripped in 30 support

i finished 30 Days Shred last April with a 10 pound loss. I have since tried to restart the dvd over and over again....i think i just need a change! I have Ripped in 30 so i am actually going to try to complete this dvd. Here we go!

We should be each other's support and motivation I did the shred and had great results.
Lately, I have just been going to spin class and 1-2 45 minute walks every day with my pups. I need to switch it up.0 -
I'm on Week 3 Day 4, it's hard, but totally worth it. Beware though, she ups the pace on just about all of the moves! Join the Ripped in 30 group on here, there's tons of people who have done it.

when will you start!? we can definitely support each other! i did day 1 today...my plan is monday - friday with the weekends off. i also plan to hit the gym for a little extra twice a week but i have had no success with weekend workouts so those will be my rest days!0 -
I want to join. A friend of mine has done RI30 and lost 15 lbs following Jillian Michaels diet plan, too. I want to try it. Hopefully, I lose these frigging 15 pounds.0

Hi guys! I'm new to My Fitness Pal, but I just started Ripped in 30 yesterday and was looking for some support! I'm sore today but hoping to power through Day 2. Those side lunges with arm lifts kick my butt!!!!0
