  • I use the shakes 2x per day - replacing breakfast and lunch. They taste soooo good and keep me full in between meals. I have tried, but do not use on a regular basis, the protein bars and herbal tea concentrate. There are other products I would like to try but I find them quite pricey.   • I have froze them both in and out of the peel. If you freeze in the peel, I let them thaw on the counter for awhile before using them in a recipe. For shakes and smoothies, I peel them, cut them in half and put in a freezer bag. That way when I want to add them to a shake, I just pull one out of the freezer and drop it…
  • Try eating low calorie, high protein snacks to keep you full! Some examples are cottage cheese, stringable cheese, Pillar's turkey bites, protein bars...or even shakes. Works for me. Good Luck:smile:
