Tonight I have to work out AFTER the weigh in due to time constraints. And yes, all weigh ins have been in the evening. Guess I am just being a little paranoid because this is the final one and every little bit counts :) Thanks for your help

I use the shakes 2x per day - replacing breakfast and lunch. They taste soooo good and keep me full in between meals. I have tried, but do not use on a regular basis, the protein bars and herbal tea concentrate. There are other products I would like to try but I find them quite pricey. BTW, I have lost 21lbs in the last 8…

Herbalife shakes are awesome! Made with 1% milk and 2 scoops of powder it is about 264 calories. I have froze them both in and out of the peel. If you freeze in the peel, I let them thaw on the counter for awhile before using them in a recipe. For shakes and smoothies, I peel them, cut them in half and put in a freezer bag. That way when I want to add them to a shake, I just pull one out of the freezer and drop it…

Try eating low calorie, high protein snacks to keep you full! Some examples are cottage cheese, stringable cheese, Pillar's turkey bites, protein bars...or even shakes. Works for me. Good Luck:smile:
