Killer legs :)

So i am a runner yes and that has helped with getting killer legs but.... i would say the other cardio that has help make them smoken hot is...

THE STAIR CLIMBER!!!

so here is what i do and if your up for the challenge try it and see if it kicks your legs and *kitten* as much as it does mine...

20 mins
5 mins on level 8 (2 mins straight climbing 1 min turn to the right, 1 min turn to the left, last minute straight climb)
5 mins on level 9 (2 mins straight climbing 1 min turn to the right, 1 min turn to the left, last minute straight climb)
3 mins on level 11
3 mins on level 12
3 mins on level 13
1 min on level 14

try very very hard to not lean on the machine i can do about 12 mins before i have to lean a bit but never for more than 20 seconds...


give it a try and see how your legs feel and look :)

    I will def try this - thanks for sharing. I will have to work up to levels that high though, otherwise I'll be crumpled by the bottom of the machine.

    I'm totally trying this when I get back to school and have access to a gym again in a few weeks! I loved the stair climber but it kicked my butt, and I'm not even sure what level I was doing - but it probably wasn't even close to these haha.

    but ever since I've been doing jillian micheals dvds my legs are definitely becoming more toned :) ...so maybe I can handle this. maybe.

    for sure i have been doing this machine for about 4 months now and that is why im up so high in levels...i need to up them again im just resisting it...gonna be painful a bit and more like running up steps than walking lol

    You do have killer legs! I loooove legs. You should get a bike and go attack some hills.

    i actually dont really like biking lol i do a stationary bike at the gym and i will post that workout too later this week...it too is a killer on the legs... but i dont own a real bike and have been intimidated by biking for a long time...idk one day maybe

    like rotate your body to the left then to the right and walk up side ways, kinda like a grape vine on the climb...it works inner and outer thighs totally different feel from just basic walking or in some cases running up the stairs

    great legs!! great workout, although im uncoordinated and couldnt go side ways on a stairclimber

    just try it at a lower speed and work your way up...im fairly uncordenated my self and i do trip on this thing about every 3 or so minutes so... :)
