Welcome aboard .. Craving food is deff not a bad thing neither is loving it but like u already noticed controlling how much we eat makes a big difference and this site has helped me keep tabs on that hoping u will achieve ur goal and it will hel u the same way it helped me out .. congrats on making better choices !

oh sweet ...july 14th sounds possible for me as well for now so I will say +1 unless its a dog friendly hike I might tag along my dog. but also my Naval Duties fall on the weekends so do not have the schedule on that so I will not be able to conform until next month(june).

thanks but I switched to Insanity since I couldn't find my weights/ partner for p90x but Would appreciate ur help if ou could guide me on how much protein I should take and is it before or after my workouts ?

Ouch ... I had just posted this yesterday but since I had no response and also since I realized my friend "borrowed" my weights when I was away I just started the Insanity Challenge ... but either way will keep track or if you wanna tag along for Insanity that would be Insane !!! good luck :)

Done it never started it like that but did 100 a day breaking em apart to sets of 10-20 but had to finish em within the hour ! good cardio mix it up with some push ups and u hit a jackpot !
