1/2 way to goal before and after pics

The 2nd half of my transformation will be more interesting as I get to see not only more fat loss but toning and muscle growth. I've been doing the weight lifting all along, but obviously the closer you get to goal the more that will happen.

    I can't say enough about tracking your food. I down played the importance of using myfitnesspal and the food diary, but it's incredibly important and brought me out of a tough plateau.
