I make smoothies with peanut butter and greek yogurt, which creates a higher calorie smoothie. If I don't have it for breakfast, I usually have it for a snack after my workout.

I think it depends on why you are drinking as well. I drink roughly a gallon of water a day to help flush kidney stones. If I drink anything other than water it doesn't count. Yes it keeps me hydrated, but it isn't counted as water. I have heard that decaf tea is the only other thing you can count as water intake, but I…

Sometimes I eat them back, sometimes not. I might bank them for later in the week to ensure I can have some alcohol or a dinner out that I don't have to find a healthier option. I don't view it as a daily process though, I'm more focused on weekly.

I'm 5'10", size 10 extra wide shoe. It sucks. I usually crunch my foot into a wide and hope for the best, but pretty much every shoe I have leaves marks on my feet.

I can fluctuate anywhere from 5-15 pounds. I have Crohn's which always flares badly at that time too (talk about a double whammy).
