So my goal was to have a cut look on my arm's by the end of June. It's just the beginning of May and I have achieved the start to a cut look without flexing. I'm so thrilled!
I have been eating 1200 calories just about the entire time, I recently bumped up to 1400 calories. I don't eat fried food's, that's the only thing I've taken out of my diet. I only eat 1400 on the day's I work out, the day's I don't work out I eat 1200. I don't eat back my work out calories, it don't work for me. I guess you could say maybe I do, since I bumped up to 1400, and that's only the day's I jog, because I only eat when I'm hungry. I am a lot more hungrier when I jog.
I've been walking, Jogging, dancing, jumping jacks once in awhile, and main source of strength would be push up's, my goal is 100 real push up's by the end of June. I'm at 50 real push up's right now, so hopefully I'll get there. For those who say you can't gain muscle on a 1200 calorie diet, I hope you see that this is not true. Not everyone is the same, everyone is different, what works for me might not work for you, I know good and well what works for some on here don't work for me, because I've tried a lot of things, and only thing that has worked for me is what I'm doing.
I'm proud of my cut look starting up, no it's not like "BAM" but it's surely there and it's forming, it'll get bigger and better, but for now I'm happy! I can't wait to see what June has in stored. Oh and I'm a part time Waitress at a restaurant and carry heavy tray's a lot. Which probably helps.
No flexing at all.
