Good luck! Feel free to add me as a friend and I will support you any way that I can.

I do. I have to eat every 3 hours or so (or less) just to avoid that feeling. You might want to do a blood test through your doctor to determine what exactly is wrong and then they can help you plan out a course that is best for you. For me it is eating ALL THE TIME. I also have to couple whole grain carbs (fiber) with…

Tae Bo is an option under exercise.

Possibly try and drink some of those calories back- Not sure you would be up to milk and protein shakes (I know I wouldn't when sick), but you could try orange juice or sports drink. All 4 of those options would hydrate you and give you vitamins/minerals that you would be missing out on.
-
Try and drink the extra calories then- protein shakes, milk, and orange juice all have quite a few calories and are great nutritionally.

I am like you- I have lost 15 pounds and my dress size still hasn't changed. Although, my pants are crazy baggy, but I am just not 100% comfortable in the next size down yet.

Once you stop eating it as much you won't crave it. I cut out all processed sugars a few months ago (because I was getting massive headaches when my blood sugar would spike) and now I almost never want them. If anything I will have a sugar free candy once per day. I would also try and find healthier substitutes for what…

I had the same leg issues a few years ago when I started running a lot more. Honestly, the only thing that truly worked was taking off a week. It sucked, and I really had to watch myself after that. Eating well- getting plenty of carbs and protein is incredibly beneficial. Also, make sure he is fully hydrated as that will…

You need to drink more than that. Caffeine actually dehydrates you, so the more coffee you have, the more water you need to drink.
-
Just suck it up and drink it... Or try and incorporate more foods with water- fruits, veggies, and soups (but watch out as some have crazy high sodium) are all high in water.
-
Haha. I am the exact same way...sometimes it really sucks.

I like laughing cow cheeses- they have 35 calories and are roughly $3 for a pack of 6 (or 8, I am blanking on that), and they occassionally release coupons. I normally pair with pretzels or Special K whole grain crackers. Also, carrots (under $1.50 for a bag of baby carrots) and a few other veggies are always really cheap.…

I do circuit training...as do most of the people that I have seen doing the 30 day shred videos.

Jumping Rope Hula Hooping (they make weighted hula-hoops that really work your core) What about team sports? Join a softball, soccer, or basketball league. I practice soccer with my daughter and it is a great workout. Golf, driving range

1. Be thankful that you are losing weight. 2. Weight loss is a slow process, and it is going to take more than just a few weeks for you to really make a difference. Try to switch up what you eat and your workouts. If you "eat like crap" then most likely you aren't going to lose weight.

It actually looks great to me! The only suggestion I have is to work in more fruits and vegetables- and fresh ones. I went back about a week and the only fruits I see you eating are prepackaged- so they have added sugar and not nearly the same vitamins. I could only find a few servings of vegetables, maybe try adding in a…

I would say it was the sodium- the alcohol and chips will cause you to retain water. Drink plenty of water the next few days and try and sweat some of it out and you should be good to go.

I don't drink- so ice cream :)

I got 98 also...weird since I said cancer runs in my family.

I try not to count cleaning calories simply because it is a part of everyday life (I will do it before/during/after dieting). Built into the goal that MFP gave you is this type of "normal" activity. Unless you literally sit on your butt all day and get no exercise, then I wouldn't add it. I also think it depends on what…

Some people are afraid that they will offend you, and others are afraid you will say something like "I have lost because I now have X disease", and that leads to uncomfortable conversation. Last time I really went on a diet my family literally thought I had stopped eating (which is ironic because in reality I eat more than…

If you have a messed up knee then I would definitely take it easy, especially in the beginning. Also, make sure you get really good running shoes, otherwise you will have an even more messed up knee. Good luck with the program :)

I go over EVERYDAY just by eating natural sugars. I wouldn't worry about it though. As long as you are sticking to natural sugars like fruits, whole grains then you should be fine :)
