Hang in there. Keep doing what you are doing, eventually your body will let go of the stored fat. One tip- try eating 6 meals a day. Snack every 2-3 hours between 3 major meals. Check your protiens too. Add if you aren't meeting your daily goal. Add more water if you drink 2 large bottles a day try drinking 3.

One pound is great! Don't be discouraged. Your body will take time to adjust. Try Eating 5-6 times a day- healthy snacks between meals to let your body know you plan to feed it regularly. Keep up the good work.:love:
