I had this exact NSV 2 weeks into P90X, just a few days ago... Such a great feeling!!! Congratulations!!! Probably a great idea not to weigh, I haven't lost a pound but know I am building tons of muscles (I can see them getting larger) But it is definately hard not to get a little discouraged. Keep up the great work!

Yeah, I noticed when I do a quad stretch, my foot actually reaches my booty!!! Kids are great for measurements!! LOL

I am on day 3 of P90X, love it so far! Glad to see another chick doing this on here. I still have a substantial amount of weight to lose and know building muscle is the best way to get fat burn. Friend me if you need a buddy.

I take a gallon of water with me to work and by the time I get home it is empty so I drink over 16 cups a day and feel great. I do the same watching the clarity of (TMI) p. :)

I am sorry to hear about your difficulties, but I am here if you need to talk. It amazes me sometimes that it can take such a hard slap in the face to realize how unhealthy I was living. All health problems aside I was 332lbs... how did I let myself get there? I am glad to be meeting new people on this journey.

When I started I was just under 300 lbs, it started with getting on the treadmill for power walking, then I would speed up to jog as long as I could (just a minute to start) then would bring my speed back to a fast walk. I am a member of the IIH Foundation, I try to keep as up to date on any news. I do eat a lot of the same foods, I never crave variety and I find it helps keep me on track.
