Made a strawberry banana this morning: cup of 2% milk, cup of frozen strawberries, a banana, two scoops of vanilla protein powder. Very tasty. I'm really enjoying this. So much I am ordering a Ninja when I get paid tomorrow. Then I can add some chia seeds and the like to the mix. Am going to pick up some baby spinach when…

I've had a jawbone, garmin and now use an Apple Watch. The step tracking didn't do much of anything for me personally. I love my Apple Watch. I pair it with a BT heart rate monitor for my workouts and it's very effective. On top of the smart watch functions it has become an essential part of my daily routine. It's…

I'm going to get my wife a Charge 2. Her Jawbone broke a while back and only recently decided she wanted a new one. She wants something that does HR even though it isn't the best in accuracy, she does have some heart issues. I love my iWatch, paired with a chest strap for workout it rocks.

I'm not over concerned with sodium, I don't have heart issues but just want to keep it within reason. I'll look around again but none of my local groceries carried Bores Head. I typically cook for one as my family doesn't eat what I do so there are not any leftovers. Wraps are an easy and preferably way to go. Wrap, a…

Pretty much what I got, bunch of frozen fruit to mix up. Didnt realize I needed greens so will try baby spinach since it seems to have the least impact on flavor. I use regular old cow milk, love the stuff. We get the 2% variety.

wrong forums, if a mod could move it to the fitness section it would be appreciated.

Also these workout will be Daily Burn and the like.

I gave up on it. Used a Garmin Vivosmart and the adjustments drove me nuts. Seemed everday it would counteract my workout regardless how much I walked. Whether it was 2,000 or 5,000 steps it would negative adjust almost exact what my workout was measured by my HRM and digifit. I quit wearing the Garmin and leave a couple…

I eat out for lunch pretty much everyday when I am working. I just make it fit in my calorie count for the day. Lunch is by far my biggest meal of the day as I work 12's. Protein shake and greek yogurt for breakfast. Chicken or fish with a small side for dinner and eat out for lunch. It works for me.

It's best to weigh before cooking, way to many variables to get an accurate number after cooking. Doneness and even method of cooking can effect it.

Sounds like water retention. Deli meat is loaded with sodium.

Not a fan of subway at all, to stingy with the meat. Especially for the price. Now Jersey Mikes is a different story. I eat there several times a week. Philly Cheesesteak, num num num. I get it in a "tub" often to save on the cals and carbs as I tend to be carb heavy in general.

I have the garmin and really like it. The HR chest band is much more accurate than the wrist reader on the charge. I like getting smartphone notifications as well. I'm not that impressed with the app and don't like that all exercise is read as running and you can't change that. I'm looking forward to see what improvements…

Don't know how I missed it, thank you.

I use a Garmin Vivosmart. The band acts as an all day movement tracker and can pair a chest strap HRM when I work out. It syncs via bluetooth to my phone which then syncs with MFP. Works very well.

Not the best in the world but I am a Kureg nut. I like it because I get a great variety and it's quick. At 430 in the morning I don't want to take time to mess with real beans to make a single cup.

Optimum Nutrition Gold in the Rocky Road flavor. About 120 calories per serving. I use the Rocky Road flavor. Good amount of protein, taste good and a reasonable price.

what do you use?

I have a Vivosmart and absolutely love it. Tracks steps, connects to my HRM, watch function and even does smart phone notifications.
-
I eat there quite often myself. Their old nutrition info was good but a chore to go through. I'm going to love this calculator. Now I need some Diablo sauce!

Just got back from a work trip and resulted in 6-8 yuenlings a night, yeah went over my calorie goal fro three days. Between that a eating whatever I wanted it cost me two pounds over those three days. It was entirely worth it! Being healthy is a life long travel, but sometimes you have to stop and have a little fun.

I had an UP24 and it was OK. I particularly liked the sleep tracking. It lacked some features like HR tracking I wanted for my workouts. I supplemented it with a Polar H7 HRM but that was a failure. I currently use a vivosmart with HRM and absolutely love it. Only negative is it's sleep tracking isn't as good but it's…

I have/had an H7. When it worked it was awesome. It connects to your phone via the polar Beat app. Then you get the digifit app that reads the data from the polar app and then syncs with MFP. Sounds complicated but it isn't. The digifit app also gives a lot of info about the details of your workout. That's the good. The…

I finally got it. What the issue was is I still had my up app connected from when I was using an UP24. Got rid of that and it's working like a charm.
-
I gave it up for the same reason you did, the moves were just to complicated.
-
Different folks like different ratios. I like 40carbs/30fat/30protien. It's a decent balance and works well with what I eat.

T25

When I'm working it's lunch. Usually have to eat out so it's a calorie killer. When I'm off it's typically dinner with my family.
-
I weigh it frozen as well.

McDonalds grilled chicken sandwich's have been fairly healthy for a while. The new Artisan has around 6g of fat, and they are pretty tasty.
