If I can't talk to someone trying to talk to me it's vigorous. I have 3 kids and usually can't get through a workout without having to fuss or talk to one of them so if I have to tell them "wait" in an exhausted breath then it's vigorous.

Just realized I'm 3lbs from being out of the obese catagory. I'm so excited. Not that I think I look obese but technically I'll be healthy.

Whoo hoo! I lost another 1.8lbs so now I'm so close to having a total loss of 20lbs and I've lost 11lbs during this challenge. I'm so excited. Just 12lbs left.

I went up for about 2 days and am finally back down to where I was my lowest over the weekend. YEAH!!! Now the struggle is to keep it going down.

I'm down another .4 since I last posted so I have a little less than 14lbs to go. Not bad considering I haven't been eating as good due to events over the holiday. I've been getting a lot of walking in with lots of heavy stroller pushing. Ticker updated.

I agree. I love seeing that I look thinner even if the scale doesn't show it. I love that I'm forced to buy new clothes cuz mine are getting too big. I'm convinced that's what's happening to me. I'm losing inches but not really any weight. I hope my body adjusts soon and the weight starts dropping again. Now to get off my butt and go work out. Soooo tired.

Well I'm not losing weight currently. I haven't been as good this week I think. But I did start my exercise back and I'm losing inches. Hopefully I'm just building muscle. This weekend is going to be busy and I'm not sure I'll be able eat as well since I won't be home much. Hopefully I'll see some weight loss next week.

Have you been doing the same thing for 5wks? As in you're eating the same way, no days off, exercise is the same etc. Your body could be just hitting a plateau or getting too use to what it's getting. I"m the same way. I've been off for a week now because of travel and jetlag. I'm not really any heavier but I feel heavier and puffy. I think my muscles are feeling lazy so that's why I feel heavier. I'm getting back to it come Monday.

I've been on a mini vacation since Sat. and just got back yesterday. I didn't keep up with my diary cuz it was just too hard with what i was able to eat there. However, I didn't gain any weight. I actually have a scale in the shape of a lego head that I got from the lego store. It's simple but works great and I just put down some plastic wrap before weighing something so I'm not always having to wash it.

I use things like spagettios, soup, light hotdogs, chicken nuggets or sometimes I have left overs from a previous night. I also sometimes add some veggies with those small cans of veggies you get on the veggie aisle.

I was very pleasantly surprised to see a 1.2lb drop this morning. I've now lost 8lbs for this challenge and 16lb overall. Only 15 more to go. Whoo hoo!
