  • I had the same problem not too long ago. I think mine lasted for about 3 weeks and then I lost like 4lbs in a week. I'm hoping to lose some more by next week. I've slowed down a bit again. However I have been taking it easy just for a break.

  • This kind of stinks. Unintentionally I am way under my calories today just because what I put together for meals was on the light side. I didn't even plan it that way, it just happened. I also exercised today so I'm too far under. I need to plan better.
  • I feel the same way when I get on the scale. I'm not having to lean over to see the number over my belly. I still have a ways to go due to having 3 kids, including 2 c-sections. And I completely get the pulling the belly up to see thing, ha ha.

  • I'm a little up over the weekend so I have some work to do this week. I did work out on Sunday so hopefully that will get me started right this week. I'm going to add some strength training this week to see if I can boost my weight loss. It's suppose to burn more calories than just cardio.
  • Whoo Hoo! Down another pound today. I'm racing toward that goal. I'm so excited and proud of myself for doing so well and sticking with it. We have some great losses on here. Can't wait for Halloween!

  • I finally broke the 180 mark! I'm so excited. I'm now 179.6 and even though it's only .4 lbs lost I'm thrilled. It's been over a year since I was here.
  • I love the fresco steak soft tacos. 2 are only 300 cal. That makes hubby happy that we can still go there. Although he likes many fresco items too.
  • Well I'm about to break 180. It's impressive that using MFP I've been able to actually lose weight during "that time". I've lost 11lbs total since I started this plan.   • Well I do know that your body needs fuel. When you eat healthy you'll tend to eat more of it cuz it will have less calories and good stuff than the bad food.
