I don't really eat fruit or veg either and am (unsurprisingly) struggling to lose weight, even though Im under my calories every day and working out four times a week - how are you managing? thanks!!

I bought an FT4 from amazon for about $90... I'm in the UK, so however much £49 is! I love it!

YES!!! Definitely! I couldn't live without mine & I never realised how inaccurate the machines are at the gym! I have an FT4 & I love it!

I'm exactly the same (I'm on day 4 today) I gave myself a week off because I knew I was going to be grouchy & irritable!! I put 2lb back on but today is where it stops so I'm off to the gym!! I'll let u know how I get on, feel free to add me! X

Totally understand!! My problem isnt so much a sweet tooth, my downfall is savoury stuff like crisps and sausage rolls! Also I really struggle making it to the gym! Feel free to add me!! D

i'm totally in - can't make it to the gym as much as i would like so hopefully this will motivate me to think of other ways to burn calories!!

i'm 5'10 & current 175 - would like to be 154 which would put me (i guess) at a 10-12 & right in the middle of my healthy BMI - all my friends are between 6 & 10 but they are much shorter and have smaller bone frames than me - if i ever got into a 6/8 i think id look really ill lol. feel free to add me!

I'm in! I fell off after about 4 days last time so I'm hoping to do better this time!! My motivation seems to come in fits and spurts so not sure I'll manage the full 30, but have seen some other people's before and after pics so am using these to help!!

well I have just realised how little I've been doing!! I had a few weeks in October where for some reason I just did nothing and ate alot of junk! Am nearly back to where I was when I started this challenge, but will NOT be losing a stone before Xmas!! 17 sleeps to go so will just do the best I can!
