I have just been busy with the kids, sure makes a difference not having Brison in school in the morning. He can be a handful. Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. You are doing wonderfully and I am really trying and I can tell my work is paying off then I get on the scales and I think, I AM GOING NO WHERE! I always seem to gain up to 5 lbs every time I start exercising. I can not believe the big ice cream kick I am on. Years ago, I allowed myself one sweet a day and I chose the Golden nugget Bars from schwans and I lost weight just fine, but I was also out walking a lot. Time does not work out so well anymore for that. Excuse 101... haha

Okay I am here... I need to get my act together. I will go for 500 minutes and I need to get 4 lbs off at least. Weather is finally shaping up, time for me to do so also.

I got an hour of work around house.

I got in 32 minutes of pulling kids in wagon. And I did 50 minutes of yard work.

I pulled the wagon with kids to and from school twice per say. Got in 32 minutes. I am heading to Denver late tonight. Spend the time there with my daughter.

Sure sorry you have to start dealing with being sick. NO Fun at all. I luckily kept all my sick weight off and I lost 0.4 so far. I also got in 180 minutes of exercise. I am slowly getting back with it and still trying to figure out the eating habits.

On My Perfect Weight book this is the guideline it says: Weight for man 130-1,800 calories, 140-2,000 calories, 150wt.-2,100 calories, 160wt.-2,200 calories, 170-2,400 calories, 180-2,500 calories, 190 2,700 cal, 200-2,800 calories. So if your goal is to be at the weigh 190 you should consume 2,700 calories to get there.…
