I was going to suggest the same thing as Zichu... lean meats with a pita pocket or something is my fav... I usually will load it with veggies like spinach, peppers, and onions. a light mayo or even hummus is great to add in as well.

I used a little (.5 tbls) on my oatmeal today and it was really yummy!

There's also something called stevia and it's a natural sweetener that you can buy at health food stores, sugars like truvia use stevia, but if you can just buy straight stevia it's even better :)

Thank you! I will make sure to add at least 300 extra in per day, What i've found through tracking on here the last few days is that most days I don't reach my calorie goal as it is, so I'm wondering if my body is holding onto fat for this reason...
