  • Great reply. I see this topic over and over and the one thing people always forget is that you have to consider what your net is to begin with. My net is set to 1200cal (to loose 1 lbs a week) I burn between 300-600 cal a day. MFP and every doctor and dietician I have met with advised me to never go below 1200 net. Its…

  • I am in the same boat, 1200 a day is my goal, but i am still 20 lbs away from my goal. What can be recommended for us? Thank you
  • i enjoy telling people i am using this new amazing technique called eat less, move more! lol
  • Check out this link, my moms friend was looking into it but decided not to after a lot of research. http://bodybyviprogram.com/bodybyvi-reviews The main downside seems to be that like all other meal replacement programs is that eventually you need to eat "regular" again and end up gaining the weight back. FYI moms friend…

  • I used it as well, and saw some small results, but now i am using the Palmers cocoa skin therapy oil. It seems to be working better than the bio oil, it smells great, it moisturizes really well, and its only $10 at walmart. I also use the plamers cream lotion and my skin has never been softer.
  • I would and do think everythime i see an overwieght person at teh gym "good for you!" Personally i find the bigger the person is the better the inspiration they are to me. Dont be scared or embarrassed, we all started not knowing anything. Go early and meet the instructor, they will help you leanr the moves. And it it…
  • I hard biol 6 at a time and keep them in the fridge, then i just have to grab and peel. Eggs in the microwave work but you have to poke the yoke or they explode :)
  • A lot of people have these types of questions. Read this thread, its by a guy who is super helpful and if you leave your question on the post he will answer it. • Stay off it. I know it sucks, but i didnt and it cost my almost 6 months of no runninng. Ice it a few times a day before you go to the doc and insit on an xray. You want to be really sure you dont add more injury. Good Luck :)

  • B and E...lol Also did you hear there is an actual Sarcasam font. It will help ensure people like me are no longer misunderstood in email and text conversations...ha ha
  • From what I have read here you have been very helpful to everyone who has asked questions and I think you are doing a great thing by offering advice to people and in a very kind way, so here is my question becasue even after reading I guess I just dont get it still. I am currently 156lbs, 5foot 6, and 30 years old, and I…
  • ve done it a few times, there were results each time but the first time was the most. I suggest to keep up the momentum after the 30DS, try ripped in 30 and then 6 week 6 pack. They are all the same 321 type programs, but work different areas. I still go back to my 30DS and its almost as hard again as it was the first…
  • I eat everything :) So I tried a new spice last night, a Jamcian dry rub blend. It was good. Tonihgt i tried Portuguese style spicy chicken and it was amazing!!!!....As for a new excercise, im still looking, hopefully i can find something before Monday
  • Sometimes its hard for even the most motivated person. I find it really helps when i look at the food and thin to myself, do i really want this? If i do then i eat it and enjoy it and work out harder. If i relaize i dont then its easier to leave it be. Feel free to add me :)
  • weight and size have no relationship :) i have a sister who ways 25lbs less than me and we wear the same pants, becasue her body is more "soft" than mine. Also she carries more weight in her stomach so this means she fits into the same size 8 pants as i. Body composition has a lot to do with it. On a lighter note, so does…
  • The HRM is the most accurate way to go, but it will vary with your pace, and your intensity becasue it measures cal based on your heart rate. Many things can affect this, for example when you get use to an activtiy your heart wont beat as fast when you are doing it anymore, so less cal burned. If you are dehydrated your…
  • keep in mind a lot of people are just using the MFP totals, which in my experiance are drastically over estimating. Get yourself a HRM and track what you actually burn. When i go to a spin class MFP told me for 60 min it would be 800 cal burned, but the HRM says anywhere from 5-600. 300 a day is a lot, and i would say that…
  • I use almond breeze vanilla in my protein shakes, becasue it has less cal, sugar and carbs. it does only stay good for 7-10 days after opening but you can buy it on sale and as long as its not open it leeps for about a year.

  • coke zero, diet dr pepper, and fesca, all wonderful..but i agree only once in a while, carbonated stuff causes bloating
  • But the good side it that its becasue your heart and cardi vascular system is getting stronger. Consider this a great NSV :)

  • SO there was not a huge list of options but I feel successful after the indian buffet, 806 cal is pretty good, yay me for having will power to only have 1 plate and minimal servings of the butter chicken (which was well worth the calories and fat) Thank you all for your suggestions :)
  • Wonder bread makes hamburger buns for 100 cal each, weight watcher makes them for 90. I like both, but i try to stick to one or go sans bun altogther...there is so much id rather eat than a bun. wrap it in iceburg lettuce is strangley atisfying becasue of the crunch...sounds strange i know but i actuall like it :)
