Wow, that is awesome, congrats! I am doing IF too but haven't lost that much. Can I ask how many calories you are eating a day? It took me a few weeks to figure out exactly where my calorie deficit was to start losing. 1250 seems to be the magic number for me but it's still slow!

Agreed... portion sizes in our society are really out of line! I am the same way... eat pretty much healthy I just have always eaten way too much food! Feel free to add me! And good luck... you can do this!

Thanks guys for sharing. My doctor is having a hard time finding the right combination of meds for me. I am so frustrated. I know the continued weight loss will help but I just wish it would happen sooner! Argh!!!
