I started C25K I ran on Monday and Wednesday and skipped Friday. I am going to do Day 3 Week 1 today and run Day 1 Week 2 on Tue. Then rest Wed and run on Thurs and Friday. I have been doing ONLY cardio. Im focusing on running a 10 minute mile one day and slowy shaving time off my mile. because my endurance has been getting better. Should I be doing other things?

I have an iPhone that I use to update durring times when I'm at work and don't have access. Highly reccomended!
