  • Lol! Funny topic! I'm surprised that some states don't ask, interesting. Probably makes sense since many people would lie anyway. Mine is 15 pounds more than I am now ;)
  • Thank you! This mistake drives me crazy! And thank you so much to the person who posted the wonderful image! I am a teacher and I can't wait to share this with my students!
  • Great! You look wonderful! I am glad you decided to stay away from the pills even though you did try them. That kind of stuff is never the answer. Also, since you are planning on starting a company, I want to tell you something out of kindness, not to be rude: We spell it "losing" not "loosing" and "lose" not "loose."…
  • My left knee bugs me a lot but 30 day shred was not an issue for me at all. I also used a think foam mat, and put it on top of carpet. What bothers my knee is running more than 3 miles or going on the elliptical.
  • Your workouts sound great. Overall very good. All the veggies are great. Avocado, seeds, strawberries and apples are great snacks. I eat eggs often but perhaps you are having many a day? I am not sure, but it might not be the best thing for cholesterol reasons, but I have heard differing viewpoint on cholesterol from diet.…
  • Thanks for the tips!
  • Thanks!
  • I think each activity helps you in the other. Swimming helps my knees get a break, running builds by endurance, cycling strengthens by quads. And yoga helps them all by making the core stronger.
  • My husband I are doing our first sprint tri Feb 23rd. It is a reverse, and very short: 5k run, 13 mile ride, 200meter swim in an olympic size pool. I am very excited. Swimming is my weakest. I've been watching videos on youtube for swim technique and also had a critique. It really helped but we are going to go for a few…

  • 2 cups baby kale in a green smoothie with 1 pear, 1 glass water, 1/2 frozen banana, few sprigs cilantro. Yummy! Sometimes 1 do 1/2 baby spinach, 1/2 baby kale. I don't like the kale chips or sauteed kale.
  • You don't look "skinny fat" to me! You look perfect!
  • No! He was amazing in concert...about 10 years ago at least :(
  • Are you serious!!! :( I love A Tribe Called Quest, that is not embarassing! That is epic!! I saw them once and it was so fun!

  • "Eat a balanced nutrient dense diet all month - there are links between PMS and nutrient deficiencies. Review your intake of minerals, essential fatty acids and fibre not just vitamins, eat to keep your blood glucose levels stable, get your 10,000 steps every day plus some formal intense exercise a few times a week if…
  • Thank you! I agree! It is not that simple. It is also so important to think of quality and health, not just the number on the scale.
  • 9:30pm-10:00pm put in a Jillian michaels DVD, 25-30 minutes for a good workout. You can do it!!
  • Yay!! I have these every morning. I love and crave them. 1. 2 cups baby spinach, or baby kale, or "Power to the greens" (Trader joe's mix of baby spinach, baby kale, baby chard). Using baby greens tastes better, they are more tender and mild. I use all organic 2. 1/2 frozen banana 3. 1 pear with skin 4. 1 cup water 5. 1/3…
