I don't usually eat my work out Calories - I try to stay between 1200 - 1400 calories as well. I go by what my Treadmill shows me, I couldn't find anything on this website either, the calories don't match up so I type over what they have to what my treadmill shows,

I was reading somewhere that Chocolate Milk 10 minutes has the same results. Don't know, haven't tried it just read it somewhere recently.

Great information. I am one of those who is afraid to eat too many calories, I work our 4 times a week, wiegh myself daily, don't eat breakfast because I am not hungry. Will have to change some things to see if it works out. Thanks for the info.
